Artefact 3 consists of two publications. The first issue, BBTS, focuses on the lore and history of the underground scene, while also paying tribute to Spectrum by Phil Studio. The second issue, TCV, is a curated zine of first-person stories from the underground music community. It collects small yet meaningful moments from gigs and frames DIY venues as cultural spaces worth remembering. As an extension of the documentary, this artefact broadens the project by incorporating a wider range of voices and perspectives.

In ‘Stomping Ground’, I document underground DIY music spaces in Singapore at a time when many are vulnerable to closure or disappearance. Through documentary videography and photography, I capture the spaces themselves, the people who sustain them, and the moments of connection that happen within them.

My work focuses on these venues as more than places for performance, but as important cultural spaces that hold memory, community, and creative expression. Through this project, I aim to preserve their stories and encourage reflection on what is lost when these spaces disappear.
